The first week of Aug 9 thru Aug 15 at Camp Casey, and I was there to stand as a military family in support of another military family;mother of a fallen soldier who had the courage to confront the President and ask 'What is the Noble Cause'.

When I was there, I met Peter and Sally as they filmed this and I regret that I declined his many offers to be included in an interview for this film. I don't know why I was reluctant because I was doing overflow media interviews for Cindy, had been filmed already by mainstream media. In retropsect I look back and of all that media activity, the most significant thing I could have done was to have permitted Peter to interview me for this film.

I really regret not doing the interview and being included in this film. Sally did get some footage of my swollen feet and legs = fireants allergic reaction.

This film still brings me to tears, in memory of the early nugget of hope for an end to Iraq war that sprang forth and flowered....

It was the first week of Cindy's Camp Casey - before and while it was becoming a media firestorm. There was an earnest feeling of being in community where it might be possible that John Lennon's 'Imagine' could happen......

I met the young Marine featured in the film, and I got a real kick out of him - glad he came and glad he stayed on.
