If you're not a Voice For Peace, what is your voice for?

Four years ago, my dear friend, Greg Johnson, asked me if I’d be interested in participating in the making of a film project about the universal language and global appeal of music. This film would convey the courage and dedication of musicians across the world, it would demonstrate a certain oneness between all cultures and it would convey hope, and it all started with the incredible passion that Greg and his brother, Mark Johnson, had for the power of music.
Flash forward to today, and I am elevated to be a part of a project that carries incredibly vast importance; I am humbled to be involved in its gravity… and I am thrilled for those of you who just now envelope our message. The film has advanced into more of a movement, and as Mark would say, ‘it is bigger than any of us.’ We are now so very close to sharing our mutual inspiration with the world thanks to the blessings and talent of so many gifted and caring people. Playing For Change is truly one of the most powerful reminders that with inspiration and passion, not only can we bring the best out of our nations through music, but we can create the possible with a simple idea…
As you familiarize yourself with Playing For Change, think of the significance of peace, consider the power of collaboration without borders, and by all means… listen to the music.
